The notched frequency occurs when the LPF signal is 180° phase shifted from the input signal at OS. So that when they are summed together they cancel each other out at this frequency
In the datasheet you can see that the -180° phase shift occurs at roughly 0.85fc. This is why a clock frequency of 47.5kHz gives a notch filter at roughly 400Hz according to app note 431
