I need an analog voltage comparator built in non-CMOS process/technology (because of radiation constraints). Can the MAX9034 and/or MAX9140 fulfill the requirement?
The MAX9140 is built in a pure bipolar process, but the MAX9034 is built in a silicon gate CMOS process. The MAX9140 would be the only one of these two that would meet the requirement.
