REF192 dropout

Hi,

I need some more information on REF192 dropout at current output < 1 mA.

In the documentation it is indicated that with a current of 10 mA, the dropout is 1v.

Is it possible to have an idea of the dropout witha current of 500 µA ?

In our application, the REF192 will have a power supply input of 3.3v and we want to be sure that it will output the correct voltage reference of 2.5v.

      Fig 19 is for the REF195, which is similar to the REF192.  If you look at fig. 20 in the d.s.,

    the pass element is a PNP, so Vce(sat) is probably less than 0.3V, so you should not have

    any problem.  However, why use the REF192, which is more than 20 years old?

    Look at the ADR3425 spec table which has specs a lot closer to what you need, and it's

    three years old and 30% cheaper.
