the problem of ADR3430

Question

Hi, 
 My problem is as follow, 
 The output of ADR3430 connect to the ADC reference voltage high of MCU, 
 The enable of ADR3430 connect to the I/O of MCU via a 1K pull_down resistor, 
 The VIN of ADR3430 connect to the power of 3.3V, 
 When the power of 3.3V is turned on, the enable is always pulled down for 30ms or more and then pulled up. The reference source output is normal? 
 Is there any requirement of time sequence about the VIN PIN and Enable PIN while the power on and power off?
