Sorry, we do not have SPICE models for this product family. Is there anything in particular you want to verify in simulation? Or just general behavior?

Yes, ADR4525 and LTC6655-2.5 are great alternatives with comparable or better noise and stability. LT6654-2.5 is a great all-around voltage reference that is smaller and lower power but also great noise and stability.
