 Is there SMT reflow profile information that is available for the LCC ceramic package? Is the part compatible with Lead-Free Reflow Profiles?

Yes, ADR1399 ceramic is compatible with Pb-free reflow profiles. There is an example profile in the LTC6655 datasheet that is fairly common, but as a rule for high-precision, we recommend that lowest temperature and least time that are effective for assembly are used. For example, 245C instead of 260C can be effective.)
