I am using the AD584 to provide the supply voltage to a DAC. The DAC supply voltage is also the reference for the DAC.
I have a 0.1 uF capacitor on the DAC supply voltage pin.
Can the AD584 drive that much capacitance, with the AD584's output pin-strapped for 5V, and still be stable?
There is no information on that in the datasheet.
What then is the maximum amount of capacitance that the AD584 can driver and still be stable?
Is there an LTSPICE model for the AD584?
The AD584 has been verified to drive a 0.1 uF load, with a settling time around 5ms. This part has been successfully tested as stable for capacitances up to 10 uF, with the settling time becoming increasingly large as capacitance increases.
