Hi,
I don't take advantage of the AD584 Strobe pin to shutdown the AD584. What should I do with the pin if I am not using it? The AD584 in my application is on a PCB in a noisy environment.
Here is the schematic from the AD584 data sheet. It looks like when the STROBE pin is near ground, it turns on Q15 robbing the AD584 of current effectively shutting it off.
Right now I have the STROBE pin unconnected.

Best practice with the STROBE pin is to leave it unconnected. Since the noisy PCB environment is a factor, it is recommended to ring the pad to which the STROBE pin is soldered with ground.
