 Can you please provide your valuable feedback on the design of Reference Circuit using ADR445BRZ IC, that I have prepared for my project.

This is a reasonable circuit, though there is not enough information to assess it. 
 1. Why are both C98 and C99 present? 
 2. If the fuse is 40Ohms, you will see a large drop at pin 2 during startup, as the output current will be at short circuit (around 27mA) until C98/99 charge up to 5V. 
 3. Is there a DC load on Vout? Where does REFIN go?)
