 The following figure is the noise figure for the LTC6655 from the datasheet. 
 Do you have a diagram of LTC6655LN measured under the same conditions as this one?

The datasheet doesn't have a diagram for the LTC6655LN but it does provide output voltage noise specs in the electrical characteristics table. The LTC6655-2.5 has a typical 0.1Hz to 10Hz output voltage noise of 0.25 ppm p-p (625nV p-p ). This can be viewed in the diagram you've included. 
 The LTC6655LN-2.5 has a typical 0.1Hz to 10Hz output voltage noise of 0.12 ppm p-p (300nV p-p ) when C NR = 100uF. This is approximately half of the peak-to-peak noise when compared to the LTC6655-2.5.)
