Dear all,
I am using ADR444 to provide 4.096V reference to the ADC AD7134, as suggested by its datasheet.
I would like to have more information about noise performances of the ADR444, in particular about the voltage noise density. In the datasheet the only information is about the integrated noise in the 0.1 Hz 10 Hz bandwidth which results in a 2.25 uVp-p noise.
Can anyone provide a voltage noise density vs frequency graph, or if not possible the corner frequency and the white noise level of ADR444?
