Hello,
in a design with minimal resistive load on the ADR130 0.5 Volt output, but with 10 u capacitor, two ADR130 I tested mostly stayed at 0V output. By repeated switching on and off power, sometimes nominal 0.5 Volt output was reached. Changing the 10 u to 0.1 u output capacitor made the part work as expected. In AR130 datasheet D I see no hint on unexpected behaviour with a large output capacitor. ADR130 input voltage is provided by ADP151-3.3, with 10u at the input and 10 Ohm to ADP151. Please consider documenting that behaviour.
