Improve initial error when ensure temperature with the ADR4530 ?

Category: Hardware
Product Number: ADR4530

Hey there,

for a lab project where we need ultra precise voltage reference, I wanted to use the ADR4530 as ref.

In the datasheet it is stated that the B grade chip has initial error of 0,02% +/- .

Is this over the full temp range and is it improved when I can asure to keep temperature in the perfect range like in my graph below?

Thanks and best regards

  • Hi

    Yes, the test was done on full temp range.

    Will you be using the device on the highlighted temp range? Kindly note that TC errors will add up 2ppm/°C upon changing the temperature from 25°C.

    You can use this equation to estimate it

    TCerror = TC ( T - 25C)

    TC = temperature coefficient

    T = Operating temperature

    Please note that this will add up to the ±0.02 % initial accuracy.

    Best regards,
