I don't know if I understand you correctly.
But if R and C are conected in series, it makes theoretically no difference what so ever,
if you reverse the order of the two.
In practice there could be some minimal difference because of layout and noise coupling.
But I can not tell you which way would be better.
In practice it is much more important that you use the compensation, have optimal layout and to use a NP0-capacitor at least for the 10nF.

                Thank you for your response.  You’ve answered my question.  I suspected as much but wanted to be sure.  Amplifier compensation can be a tricky thing sometimes.
