ADR02

Question

Dear sirs, to have a precision voltage to set-up the gate voltage of a LDMOS i use ADR02, but i need to switch on the device in a time < 10us. So i would rather to use a reference voltage with a settling time lower than the ADR02 one (it has 4us). Any advice?

Hi Stefano, 
 
 ADR02 is already one of the fastest in terms of turn on time. 
 Apart from ADR02, other possible option is ADR550 and LT1236. 
 Just a note that the turn on time is greatly affected by the Capacitor at the output of the part.
