I have removed C11 and replaced C14 with 1uF,There is no obvious heat source around the reference chip.

Is the result on the left the data with removed C11 and 1uF C11?
Is this tested without any other circuit connected to TP1?
it looks more like a charging capacitor instead of a fluctuating…
