hi
I am considering ADR1581.
The reverse voltage of ADR1581 is not specified.
What is the withstand voltage (reverse voltage)?
Best regards

Hi Yuya,
ADR1581 is a voltage reference and only has maximum current going in the part as specification.
This only means that you need to design the ADR1581 with resistor in series to accommodate the range of possible current (60uA>Iin>25mA) passing through the part. But you also need to considerate that the specification at the specification table are only tested at maximum current of 10mA. This means that Iin above 10mA might not have the specs indicated at the specification table. So I would recommend limiting the current to 10mA.
