LTC6655 .Hysteresis Plot

Temperature hysteris is a big problem with the prototype.

The data sheet had a distribution map from -40 ℃ to 125 ℃.(Fig11)
Would you please give me the data from 0 ℃ to 70 ℃?

    >> Temperature hysteris is a big problem with the prototype.

So you should provide measurement data for it. How big is BIG?

Did you make slits in the PCB around the reference?
Or did you place the reference near the border of the PCB?
Did you put a cover over the reference circuit?
If not, your hysteresis may be caused from mechanical stress to the package of reference.

A hysteresis value from data sheet will not solve the real behaviour.
You must remedy the causes of the hystereses.
For example use a thermo regulated enclosing for the REF.

  • Thank you for your reply.

    It was about 60ppm.

I didn't have a slit, so I plan to have one next.

My question is, how much will the dispersion of individual devices be? 0 to 70℃
