Hello.
Do you have a graph of the Compensation and Load Capacitor Combinations?
Or is the same as the Compensation and Load Capacitor Combinations of AD780 Fig 6?
Thank you.

Hi, Osamu.
I already contacted the applications engineer of AD680. I'll get back to you on this.

Osamu-san,
Why do you want to design with a part that came out in 1991, when there are more than a dozen other 2.5V references? Look at the ADR431 that came out in 2004. Lower noise, better specs, Has a comp pin that
few other refs have. See pages 16-17 on high freq noise.

Hi, Osamu.
According to the applications engineer of AD680, ADI does not guarantee the performance of AD680 when a capacitor is connected between the TEMP pin and ground because AD680 was not designed for that purpose.
As alternative, you may try the newer part like the ADR4525 or if a compensation capacitor is still required use ADR431.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have other concern.

Anna
Thank you for your advice.
I want to know a safe to be replaced as it.
I want to use the AD680 because I'm using it in other sets.
