Hi,
Currently we don't have the Spice Model of the LM399AH. We will try to add it as soon as possible.
For now, may I know what application are you going to use the LM399AH?

Hello,
i am writting my Bachelorthesis at the Hochschule and i should built a laser diode driver. I will use it as voltage refence at the non-inverting input of the op amp. I have already buy it. By my Prof. say i have to simulate it in Ltspice bevor.
When can you please add it? I have to give my Work back at 20.Dec.2019.

Koudjo
Hi Koudjo,
Currently we don't have the capability of doing this. I would suggest to just use a 7V voltage supply in series with arbitrary voltage supply with equation : V=(white(2e6*time)/110000) to simulate the RMS Noise
In your application the deltaVz and Rz will not matter because the output will be connected to the non inverting input. Temperature Coefficient does not normally considered in many SPICE Model. Considering this the voltage supply with RMS noise should simulate the effect of the LM399 in your application.
