I have a question regarding the long-term output stability of REF195ESZ. We experience drift after lead-free soldering process, and we would like to know if the value is stabile over time.
For example, we measure drift to 4.994 V - will the output voltage remain stabile 4.994 +/- 0.002 V, or it can differ within wider range?

Just to clear things out. The long-term stability is the measure of the drift of the output of the Voltage Reference in due time.
During the soldering process the unit will experience package stress and solder heat which causes the output of the Voltage Reference to shift.
For the first 200-250Hrs of powering on the unit, it will experience ELD(Early Life Drift) in which the Voltage Reference will recover some of the shift. After 250Hrs drift will only be dominated by the LTD(Long Term Drift) in which we can consider the Voltage Reference to be stable.
