Hi

I'd like to know the Absolute Maximum Rating for SLEEP pin of REF195. Is it the same as Vs which is -0.3V to +18V ?

Hi Hiroyuki,

After analyzing REF195 schematic, there are ESD diodes connected to sleep pin as voltage clamps. The absolute maximum rating of REF195 sleep pin is -0.3V to VS+0.3.
