Hi Laliberte,
Can you please create a new thread for your question so we can track it?

Hi,
I can not find the IBIS model of the AD9984A also look at the web site. Can you provide a simulation model for AD9984A?
I can download the BOM files now. Thank you for your excellent support.
It's a perfectly good device, it's just that it would take me some time to track down the bom for the schematic.
Those caps are just power supply input bulk caps and the original board uses electrolytics. On my latest designs I've used 47uF 6.3V X5R 0805 and 10uF 10V X5R 0805 caps for the bulk cap functions. Any good bulk cap will work in that location.
The latest part you might consider is the ADV7842 found at, (note: you don't the the SDRAM)

If you have questions on these parts please start a thread in the forum so we can track it better.
Thanks for the quick response. I was wondering whether X5R or X7R capacitors were needed for C1,C5,C7 and C27,C28,C29.
You have also mentioned this is a rather old device. Is there a better replacement? My application actually needs digitizing PC outputs that comes out from DB15 connector.
