ADV7123 and ADV7125 sync levels by Sybren
The ADV7123 and ADV7125 are high-speed video DACs (10 bit and 8 bit respectively). A recent customer query has highlighted the fact that the diagrams in the datasheets (figures 3 and 5 respectively) imply that the sync portion of the output video signal is 43 IRE. The customer measured 40 IRE. Measurements in our lab on a DC setup support the customer findings. Results are attached. The datasheet will be updated in due course.
