[ADV7181D] Unused pins.

Hello.

I have a question about unused pins of ADV7181D.
Could you tell me how the following pins should be connected (or open) on the board when these pins are not used?

SOG, P[11:0](when 8bit output is used), VS, HS/CS, FIELD/DE, VS_IN, HS_IN/CS_IN, SYNC_OUT, FB

Let me ask you one more question about input pins.
Can unused input pins be connected to DVDDIO or GND directly?
Or should the input pins be connected to DVDDIO or GND via pull-up or pull-down register?
If it's yes, what value of pull-up/down register do you recommend?
