I2C  No Acknowledgement - Device Power up - 8 bit addressing

Question

ADV7182 - A customer is following the correct power sequencing recommended in the datasheet however they are not able to communicate with the chip through I2C 
 The following image shows a snapshot of the power up sequence, the order is as follows: 
 
 The 3.3v supply starts 
 The 1.8v supply starts 
 The power-down pin released 
 Finally the reset line

However the chip is not acknowledging the address 0x40 (ALSB pulled down) 
 
 Do you have any recommendations?

Hi 
 Power sequencing looks fine. The issue is with the I2c addressing. 
 We use 8bit I2C addressing not 7bit. My reading of the address above is 0x80 not the 0x40 which is required for communication. Some devices use 7bit addressing which could cause the shift.
