Video output resolution output by ADV7281-M

Hai,

     As ADV7281-M is an  SD video decoder,

1. can I assume that it can decode video formats/resolution 480i/p i.e. 640X480?
2. Also can you please clarify on what video format/resolution does the  MIPI tx sends the data?
3. Are the input & ouput resolutions of the chips are same?
