boundary box test pattern can't  be complete display

Hi expert 
 Boundary box test pattern can't be complete display, There are two white border can not be displayed. 
 I used a set of 480P color bar parameters(adv7282m chip),but only I modified 0x14[2:0] register from 001(100% color bar) to 101(boundary box).\
