What is the default start up status of ADV7281?

Question

Project: CVBS (PAL and NTSC) to SD-SDI Converter (in a very short space) 
 Inquiry Description: 
 What is the default start up status of ADV7281? 
 I have problems to find that information in the datasheet. 
 I am looking for video decoder that needs no I²C controller connection. 
 Till now, I was using TIs CLC021 with MAXIMs MAX9526, which is not longer recommended for new designs.

Hello, 
 When voltage is applied to the ADV728x, the ADV728x remains in a power-down state. 
 An I2C write is needed to bring the ADV728x out of power down mode. 
 A small number of I2C writes (apx 15 - 30) are needed to configure the ADV728x. These select the mode of operation and which analog input pins are used. 
 It is possible to use a simple micro-controller to program the ADV728x at start-up.
