EVAL-ADV7280EBZ

Question

I'm trying to get going with the EVAL-ADV7280EBZ. I have downloaded all the files and installed the "DVP Eval Latest Source 10-11-14" software. I am following the "ADV7280 installation guide Rev A.pdf". I choose my board to be "ADV7280_CUST" and click load. Everything seems to be working until it gets to "Loading ADV7391::Encoder..." when it hangs (See the screenshot below). What should I do?
