ADV7513 - 1080p/30?

Question

Hello, 
 I am trying to get 1920 X 1080 X 30 fps (CEA861 VIC 34) output from the AD7513. I am driving it with a Kintex7 FPGA and so far have been able to see a generated color bar test pattern output on one field monitor that is reporting the image as 844 X 1080 X 30 fps. I am unable to see output on any other monitors. Any suggestions?

After digging around on the blogsite for a bit, I began to suspect that the 'E PAD' under the ADV7513 wasn't properly grounded. Sure enough, I was able to de-solder the device from the PCB and saw that there was no ground connection to the bottom pad. Upon application of some solder paste and re-attaching the device, it is now working like a charm! Getting solid 1080p/30 color bars.
