What will happen if i not connected the DDC lines of ADV7611 and ADV7513 to connector?
Whether without DDC lines the ADV7513 transmit the data to external monitor?
If ADV7513 DDC signals are not connected to the HDMI transmit connector, it means that the ADV7513 will not be able to read the EDID of the sink (display). Therefore, your board will not know what type of signal the sink can handle. Unless you have a closed system (which does not require HDMI compliance), your board must be able to read the EDID of the sink (display).
If ADV7611 DDC signals are not connected to the HDMI receive connector, it means that the source device will not be able to read your board's EDID. Furthermore, in case you are planning to support HDCP, the source device will not be able to do HDCP since HDCP requires DDC communication. Unless you have a closed system (i.e. HDMI compliance is not required), the source device will need to be able to read the EDID of your board.
If the ADV7513 DDC signals are not connected to DDC signals of the monitor, you will not be able to support HDCP encryption to the monitor or read the EDID of the monitor. Your board will not be compliant with the HDMI standard.
With that said, the ADV7513 should be able to transmit data to the monitor as long as you ensure the HPD pin is pulled high when your board is connected to the monitor.
Is ADV7513 HPD pin pulled high when connected to the monitor?
Pulling ADV7513 HPD high will work in a closed system where you are 100% certain of the capabilities of the HDMI sink (display) and you do not need to be compliant to the HDMI standard.
However, it will not work in a system where the HDMI sink (display) could vary and/or you need to be compliant to the HDMI standard.
HPD must be connected to the HDMI connector. In hardware user guide its mentioned like 10Kohm Pull down resistor is recommended to ensure whether '0' voltage is present whenever no sink(Display/Monitor) is connected.
