Facing problem with ADV3229 video crosspoint switch

Question

Hello 
 Am working with ADV3229 crosspoint switch. my problem is, it is not able to get the video out (not switching). All the voltages are correct and schematics i used is same as EVM schematics. I am able to program the device using SPI, this i confirmed with read back the DATAOUT pin. the CE# and UPDATE# pin controlling as per the datasheet says.Then what could be the issue..?
