ADV7481 as test pattern generator

I want to use the ADV7481 only as video test pattern generator with output on transmitter A. The device is controlled by I2C. Which clocks have I to provide? Is the XTAL enough?

    Can you provide some more details on what you plan to provide to the ADV7481 and get from the ADV7481?

    This is the only function planned for this ADV7481 application:

      generate internal pattern (controlled by reg 0x37 in CP MAP) output on MIPI Transmitter A

    used blocks:

      I2C Slave control (programming interface)

      MIPI Transmitter A used in x2 mode

        used signals: CLKAP/N, DA0P/N, DA1P/N

        unused signals: DA2P/N, DA3P/N

    unused blocks:

      SPI

      HDMI in (data + control)

      Analog in

      DIAG

      MIPI Transmitter B

      Audio output

      8-Bit digital in/out Port

    All names refer to DETAILED FUNCTIONAL BLOCK DIAGRAM (figure 2) in the datasheet.

    Which signals of the unused blocks can be left open / require pullup/pulldown?

    Since the internal pattern are generated in the CP Block is there a RXCP/N required?
