ADV7524A and ADV739X longevity

Question

Hello, 
 I am DFAE at Phoenix technologies in Israel. 
 One of our customers, is interested in ADV7524A and ADV739X for a new project on military applications. 
 Due to military nature of their product they require that all components will be in production for 7 years period without obsolete. 
 Is it possible to receive a declaration of Analog Devices commitment to produce this IC for 7 years?
