    I'd definitely do a test for the format with the maximum pixel rate you expect to run and from several different sources.
    
 
    If possible maybe use an adjustable external power supply to source the ADV7610.  This way you could adjust the voltage to see what the  effect is on the part.  Start at 3.3V and drop it down to 3.0V.
