Similar issue reported on using FTP. Please follow the procedure said in this thread adv7401 register configuration software (copied below for reference). I believe this would resolve your problem

Change FileZilla Site Manager -> General tab -> Encryption from "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available" to
"Only use plain FTP (insecure)" allows FileZilla to work with our FTP server.

I'm so sorry your comment is not right understand.

My desktop1 is Win7,64bit,Service Pack1 and no connected EVM and below error.

My desktop2 is WinXP and is not download Filezilla program.

I asked you to follow the below procedure and hope that this will resolve your problem

Go to FileZilla File -> site Manager, under General tab select encryption option “Only use plain FTP (insecure)”

I have changed the encryption method as given above, but shows the same error
