I am trying to find an AFE for a full frame CCD application. The requirements are to run the CCD at full Resolution at 20 Mhz and also in a 3 x 3 binning mode running at ~7Mhz. The normal timing can be generated by the AFE, and the binning timing will be generated by an FPGA.
The AD9842a seemed to operate down to 5 Mhz, but that part is obsolete now. The replacement part of AD9945 does not state a lower operating limit for the clock input. Is there an AFE available that can operate down ~7Mhz?
