Looking for HDMI transmitter chip with support to 18 bpp Digital RGB ie. RGB666 ;RGBx6 bity each INPUT format .Want to use it for video application for the hdmi TMDS output.
RGB666 can be mapped to RGB888, just set low bits to zero. The ADV7511 will then transmit just fine. The sink has to throw away the lower 2 bits.

Wat is the diffrence between ADV7511 and ADV 7513.Which one of these is more updated and have longer life time.
Also how can we get the full datasheet of these chips.
The ADV7511 and ADV7513 are the same die, just different packages/pin outs.

I will be using ADV7513 as HDMI transmitter.RGB444 i.e. R(7:0),g(7:0),b(7:0) is a default input video format with register 0x15. But In my case case I wish to use only R(5:0),g(5:0),b(5:0) as RGB input pins.Please tell is there different register setting is required for the same.
OR..we can leave LSB 2 bits and go ahead with same default register setting.
The ADV75133 will expect 8 bits per color plane. Connect red bits 4..0 to R(7:2) and pull R(1:0) (LSBs) to ground. Same for other color planes. Then just use the standard RBG 8 bit input script.
