[ADV7480] READING BACK THE HDMI/MHL HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL FILTERS MEASUREMENTS

Category: Datasheet/Specs

Hi,

Customer reported an issue during the mass-production development evaluation phase where `de_regen_lck_raw` remained at 0 during the pre-resolution check.

During the input resolution verification process,
wait 100ms and check `v_locked_raw`;
  `v_locked_raw = 1`
perform pre-verification checks (4 retries × 25ms):
  `de_regen_lck_raw = 1`
  `tmdspll_lck_a_raw = 1`
  `stdi_dvalid_ch1 = 1`

However, a phenomenon is occurring where `de_regen_lck_raw` results in 0 during this pre-resolution-verification check (occurrence frequency is less than 1%):
  `de_regen_lck_raw = 0`
  `tmdspll_lck_a_raw = 1`
  `stdi_dvalid_ch1 = 1`

The customer has requested a response as soon as possible.
Please explain the possible causes for `de_regen_lck_raw` becoming 0.

Best regards,
