ADV7280A NRND Status

Hi,

The entire ADV728x family, including its replacement parts, is now under NRND status. Therefore, please consider evaluating alternative ADCs such as ADV7181C or ADV7181D.

In general as long as there are customers buying parts, we keep making them.  NRND basically means support maybe reduced.

ADI would be better off listing the parts as "No technical support is offered for this part now" then NRND. When customers see NRND with no option, they will move to another manufacture that has the same type of small simple part.

These parts are twice the size and would be an issue for a small design that has to fit in a small drone, and the ADV7181D is NRND as well, which will make your customers look else ware.

If incase you are not interested to go with NRND parts then please consider other ADC chips such as the ADV7403, ADV7842, or ADV7850, as they offer additional features and functionalities.
