Can ADV7511K send data without HS/VS (DE mode only)?

I would like to use ADV7511K for non-video purposes (just sending 24 bit data), can this part accept data without HS/VS? Typically this is called "DE mode"

Hi,

Kindly note "There are two different things. You'd need to be an HDMI adopter regardless, depending on what you are trying to do. Please check here for the terms"
