Chipset Suggestion for RGsB+PAL to MIPI-CSI2 conversion

  ADV7482 can almost meet your requirement.

  Kindly note that, ADV7482 can convert 'PAL to MIPI-CSI-2' but it doesn't support RGsB.

Hi Poornima Understood, Have one doubt can AD724 be able covert RGsB to PAL by using LMH1980 to separate Sync from RGsB.

and shall i know no: of PAL inputs ADV7482 supports and no: of MIPI-CSI2 outputs for the same.

Hi,

  Kindly note that,  ADI does not make multiple input simultaneously video decoder.  This would require multiple ADCs in one package and some form of pixel bus multiplexing to get the data out.

  As far as all analog video decoders can only select (and thus output) one stream at a time.

  If a project requires multiple video streams simultaneously, they will need multiple video decoders.

Can we use this ADV7482 for PAL + HDMI/DVI input to convert to 2x MIPI-CSI2 as mentioned below

and we have some doubts

1. can HDMI 2.0/ HDMI 2.1 directly support DVI or any intermediate IC required for TMDS.

1. any IC suggestion for DP to DVI conversion

  We don't have any Display-Port products.

  ADI does not have any specific chips meant for DP to HDMI or HDMI to DP conversion. 

  This conversion is possible & Please refer 'VESA DisplayPort Interoperability Guideline v1.1.pdf' .
