Analog to analog video format converter IC

Hi,

I'm looking for Analog to analog video format converter IC. The requirement is Input analog video of RS170A (NTSC) format to be converted to analog video of Composite video (PAL) format in a single chip solution.

Another requirement is Input analog video of Composite video (PAL) format to be converted to analog video of RGB (STANAG 3350B) format in a single chip solution.
