About the fosc frequency

Question

Hello experts, 
 I am a DFAE in Japan. 
 According to page 2 of the datasheet, the fOSC frequency is specified as 4MHz with RSET=56k&Omega; and CSET=22pF. 
 
 However, using the formula provided on page 19 of the datasheet and calculating with RSET = 56k&Omega; and CSET = 22pF, the resulting fosc is 8.12MHz. 
 
 Which one is the correct one?
