Need help to setup eval-adv7612-7511p board

Thread Summary

The user is experiencing issues with the EVAL-ADV7612-7511P board, where no video output occurs and the board hangs after issuing the 'startrep' command. The final answer suggests using the AVESBlue software and a configuration script to configure the board, as the startrep functionality is not guaranteed or recommended for this board. The user should connect to the RS232 port (P1) for better visibility and control, and ensure no other communication utilities are using the port.

Hello, everyone,

I have a problem with eval-adv7612-7511p board.

I have everything connected to my board (an input source linux machine, a sink LG monitor and a usb-a mini cable). And no video output happens by power up. One LED next to the input HDMI is always green, another LED next to the output HDMI is ON for 10-15 seconds , then it goes off and then the pattern repeats.

I have tried to start the repeater mode using Tera Term, but after the `startrepcommand being entered , terminal hangs and I lose control over the board. Same behavior with hdmia, hdmib and rep run commands.

```
What am I missing in my setup? Could you help me?
