In the design I configured AD0 to be pulled high and AD2 is pulled low. I connected a Red LED to P7 ( P7 by default is low on startup based on AD2 configuration). The question I have for you, based on the configuration I stated will the Red LED turns on during the initial startup of the device while all the I/Os are in the defaults state?
