Pull-up resistors on the I2C line of the DDC on the HDMIRX side of the ADV7625

Hi,

   As per expert comment, Goal is to keep the SCL line from wiggling when the cable is unplugged and we don't care if the SDA line wiggles. 

 Kindly note that, You can install the SDA pullup (47k) but it will not change anything. You can install the SDA pullup since you don't like traces to float unless it guaranteed that the SDA input has a internal pullup resistor in the chip.

I am sorry for being a very amateur question, but if the reason is to prevent the SCL line from swinging when the cable is disconnected, I don't want the SDA to swing as well, how should I interpret this? Also, where do you see the expert's comments? Can you provide a link or something?
