ADV7611 frame rate support

Question

Hello 
 Could ADV7611 support below resolution and frame rate? Have any software or register setting are needed for it? If ADV7611 not support, do we have any other solution? Thank you. 
 HDMI (1920*1080 60FPS) to YCbCr (1920*1080 28 FPS) 
 HDMI (1920*1080 60FPS) to YCbCr(1920*1080 30 FPS) 
 HDMI (1280*720 60FPS) to YCbCr(1280*720 30 FPS) 
 HDMI (1280*720 60FPS) to YCbCr (1280*720 28 FPS)

Hi, 
 None of our receivers do scaling. Kindly look into 'ADV8005/ADV8003' video signal processor which does scaling as well as frame rate conversation. 
 Below are the possible frame rate conversation in ADV800x part, Refer UG-707: ADV8005 Functionality and Features
