here are some clarification i need

 
 

 
in this design i used SDP 8-bit 4:2:2 mode

 
 

 
    
  
  1. for this mode the connections are right?

   a.pin no#55  VS_IN

 
   b.pin no#56  HS_IN

 
   c.pin no#63  FIELD

 
   d.pin no#9  SFL/SYNC_OUT

 
   e.pin no#34  FB

    1) Watch the analog input impedance.  I don't see any 75 Ohm resistors or normal input circuit.  Please refer to the reference schematic in the data sheet.
    
 
    2) What are D1 & D2 for?
    
 
    3) ADV7181C is and old part, you should use ADV7181D
